• Organisation information you create and manage.
• AI agent conversations, including prompts, responses, and session history.
• Metadata related to usage, analytics, and monitoring for service improvements.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service.
• To enable multi-turn conversations with context and history.
• To support organisation oversight by authorised admins.
• To respond to legal requests and comply with regulations.
• To analyse usage patterns and improve features during the Beta Program.

3. Data Ownership

Data you create within the Service belongs to your organisation. We manage and store the data securely but reserve the right to suspend or delete content that threatens system integrity or violates our Terms.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers, including:

• Firebase (authentication)
• Supabase (database and records)
• MistralAI (AI models)
• WhatsApp Cloud API (messaging interface)

These providers may store or process data according to their own policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

5. Data Retention

• We retain data for as long as required to provide the Service or as mandated by law.
• During the Beta phase, schema changes and migrations may affect data persistence.
• Exports can be requested, but preparation may take up to 6 months.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security, especially in the Beta phase where risks of loss or migration exist.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content and maintaining your organisation’s authorised access. Misuse, unauthorised access, or violations of law may result in suspension or termination.

8. Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of their data and account by emailing us (see Data Deletion Policy). Requests are subject to verification of authority and may take up to 12 months to process.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified via email or site updates when changes occur.
