Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Varta AI by VartaLab, a service incubated and provided by Red Rangers Security And Facilities Services Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services (“Service”), including the WhatsApp-based agentic assistant, supporting web application Vartalab, and related features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Beta Program

As of 5 September 2025, the Service is in its Beta Program. The Beta is provided free of charge, experimental in nature, and subject to change or discontinuation at our sole discretion. Participation carries risks of bugs, interruptions, and data loss.

3. Service Overview

• Varta AI is a general project and task management assistant routed via WhatsApp and a web dashboard.
• Users can create tasks, projects, memos, and other work items.
• Deletion is limited and primarily managed via the web app or by authorized request.
• The Service is not designed for medical, legal, or financial industries.

4. Accounts and Organisations

• All users must authenticate via Email + Password.
• Each user may create only one active organisation at a time. The creator becomes its Superadmin.
• Superadmins may invite others. Solo users also operate within their own organisation.
• Each member has a dedicated interface; admins have elevated oversight.

5. Session Management

WhatsApp chat sessions are time-bound, typically lasting up to 8 hours. All sessions are logged for analytics, monitoring, and improving the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

We use external services such as Firebase, Supabase, MistralAI, and WhatsApp Cloud API. Their performance and practices are outside our control, and we disclaim liability for their handling of data.

7. Data Storage and Ownership

• We store authentication details, organisation information, AI responses, and user-generated data.
• Data is owned by the organisation but managed by us.
• Data may be shared with Superadmins or legal authorities upon request.
• Exports may be provided upon request and can take up to 6 months.
• We may suspend or terminate access for legal or policy violations.

8. AI Disclaimer

Our Service relies on AI models. Users acknowledge the risks of inaccuracies, hallucinations, or errors. Users are responsible for verifying their data regularly.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Payments

Beta access is free. Future updates may introduce paid plans. Users will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

11. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to add, remove, or change features at any time. Users have no legal entitlement to specific features.

12. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or site updates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India under the Companies Act, 2013. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
