At Varta AI, incubated by Red Rangers Security And Facilities Services Pvt Ltd, we value your privacy and provide users with the ability to request deletion of their personal data and organisation records.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all data collected and processed by Varta AI, including user accounts, organisation data, and conversation history with AI agents.

2. Deletion Request Process

• Users or authorised organisation admins may request deletion by contacting us via the official support email.
• Requests must include sufficient verification details (such as registered email address or organisation ID).
• Once verified, deletion requests will be queued for processing.

3. Processing Timeline

• Standard deletion requests may take up to 12 months to be fully processed.
• Beta Program users acknowledge that data migrations and schema updates may cause delays.
• Some data may remain in backup systems for a limited period before final purge.

4. Exceptions

We may retain certain data if required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes. In such cases, users will be notified of the reasons for non-deletion.

5. Organisation Data

If an organisation requests deletion, all associated user records, work updates, and conversation logs may be permanently removed, subject to verification by authorised admins.
